I've been looking for a pillow that won't go flat. This one seems to keep it's shape so far in the two weeks I've had it. It is so thick and heavy, I expect it to last quite some time. Now, while I find all of this is be a positive, my wife of the other hand did not like it. It was too big and not squishy enough for her. I found that it is moldable so I can shape it to be thinner where I want and thicker in other places. So over all I'm very happy with it, I think it will last a long time. No they don’t but if the pillows are too plump, just remove a bit of the filling.
